Personal Maintenance Program

This program is designed to provide maintenance repairs and labor services to home owners that is cost efficient. Enrollment in the Personal Maintenance Program guarantees the home owner to stay on top of the repairs before they become major and costly problems. It also allows new home owners the luxury of living in a house, with all the benefits of an apartment. At P and P, we understand that the transition from renter to home owner is a precarious one. With this program, the transition is made slowly, allowing the owner to select the care and maintenance package suitable to their needs.
